Dear Owners & Guests

Welcome to Masters Villas Resort by Paradise Canyons, and your Home Away from Home. We are excited you have chosen to join us for your stay in Mesquite. At Masters Villas you will enjoy a view with beautiful high desert climate and scenery. If you are interested in becoming a Deed Owner with Masters Villas, or purchasing an additional week, please contact our office staff to find out about our $150 Assume a Deed program. 

Please read the following for information regarding your stay. 

Upon arrival in Mesquite, please check in at the Owner Services office; one of our representatives will present you with your villa key, garage door opener, and welcome packet. We will also provide you with some helpful information including some of our rules and regulations.  Address provided below. (For directions, click on the direction tab above).

• CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 P.M. Please contact the office to schedule your time of arrival. This helps us prioritize the order of villa cleaning. We recommend that you do not grocery shop prior to check-in, as we cannot guarantee daily temperatures or the specific time the villa will be available for occupancy.

• CHECK-OUT - Mandatory 10:00 A.M. Any late check-outs will incur a $50 per half hour fee, beginning at 10:01 a.m. Please note, if your villa requires additional cleaning, beyond the basic cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing, there will be additional charges. Damage to towels, furniture, golf cart, etc., will be the responsibility of the guest. Please help keep your timeshare - home away from home - in good shape.

AFTER HOURS CHECK-INS ARE NO LONGER AT THE EUREKA HOTEL

PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE AT MASTERS VILLAS BEFORE YOUR STAY TO MAKE AFTER-HOURS LOCKBOX ARRANGEMENTS.

PET POLICY: ONLY OFFICIAL ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED AT THE RESORT. We need to be advised of a service animal PRIOR to your stay. An emotional support animal is not an ADA Service Animal. Please let management know as we have three villas to accommodate a service animal. Failure to comply with our NO PET POLICY will result in hourly cleaning rates and may incur a $500 fine or more, depending on time of required cleaning.

POOL AND HOT TUB: Masters Villas private pool and hot tub are now open. If you are in the pool area, please do not move the furniture. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. DO NOT PROP THE GATE OPEN! POOL ACCESS WILL BE REVOKED IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW POOL RULES. 10:00 P.M. QUIET TIME MUST BE OBSERVED. 

MID-WEEK CLEANING: We offer complimentary light cleanings on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Housekeeping will restock your paper supplies during the cleaning. Contact the office or housekeeping to schedule your cleaning time. 

ITEMS AVAILABLE IN VILLA: All villa kitchens are stocked with bakeware, pots, pans, assorted spices, including salt and pepper, and a few other items generally found in a kitchen. Our villas also come stocked with sheets, hand soap, and garbage bags. Additional items may be requested during normal business hours. Roll-aways and air mattresses will also be made available for a small weekly charge. Kids dish sets, highchairs, and pack-n-plays are also available upon request at no additional charge.

VILLA OCCUPANCY AND SUPPLIED ITEMS: The villas are stocked with enough supplies for the maximum villa occupancy of 6 guests, although kitchen plates and supplies will still include settings for 8. Toilet paper, tissue paper, and garbage bags will be restocked during the mid-week cleaning only.  Guests are responsible for providing any additional items outside of what we supply at check in, and stock during the mid-week cleaning. Smith's Grocery, Walmart, and several Dollar stores in Mesquite carry additional supplies at reasonable rates.

BONUS TIME: Short stay BONUS TIME for owners is available within 90 days of the arrival date. Owner rates for BONUS TIME are $140 Thursday - Saturday, and $120 Sunday - Wednesday ($900 per week). Non-owner rates are $200 per night, $1400 per week, with a 2-night minimum during the same week (Friday - Friday). See the Bonus Time calendar for availability. 

THE VISTAS CENTER: You may not bring in outside food or coolers. A new electronic key card is required for entry. Only 6 people per villa allowed at the Vistas at any one time/per electronic key card. The Vistas is not managed by Masters Villas Resort. We are members of the Vistas HOA and adhere to their policies. Please see their Facebook page for additional rules and updates.

GOLF COURSES: Courses are open except for overseed in September. Please see our Facebook website for the overseed schedule. Discounts are available for Palmer, Canyons, and Falcon Ridge. Please book tee times for Palmer and Canyons through the courses directly or at https://theoasisgolfclub.com. We do not provide golf course rate information. Please contact the golf courses directly for this information.

ZION NATIONAL PARK: Please check the website and/or Facebook to make sure trails are open and there are no weather issues. www.nps.gov/zion/index.htm

All villas are deep cleaned and sanitized after every check-out.

Masters Villas Resort is following the guidelines established by the CDC, Southern Nevada Health District, and the American Hotel and Lodging Association.

ABOUT THE VILLAS:

All villas are ground level; the living area is approximately 1650 sq. feet, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, and a garage with a personal golf cart which can be used around the resort. A fully equipped kitchen, service for 8, breakfast bar, and dining room table. The villas are designed to sleep 6 people comfortably, including the pull-out sofa bed.  We also have roll-away beds and air mattresses to rent for extra sleeping. ($25 for roll-away, $15 for air mattress)  

Each villa has a large family room with a queen size hide-a-bed sofa, love seat, and leather recliner.  The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has an over-sized jetted whirlpool tub, a separate free-standing shower, dual sinks on the vanity and a hair dryer.  The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with the second bathroom right across the hall.  We also have 4 balcony units that have 2 master suites. These villas would work best for 2 couples.  Handicap villas are available upon request.

Free internet is provided in every villa. There are (3) flat screen HD TV's that are connected to Direct TV, with DVD and CD players. Each villa is equipped with its own washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. We provide a BBQ Grill, patio chairs and table, either on a balcony or semi-private backyard.
